Who we are
MagicForward is owned and operated by Tutorchain LLC.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using MagicForward, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MagicForward provides a way to receive email sent to a MagicForward address and copy it into your mailbox via IMAP.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your mailbox settings and credentials.
- You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity (including sending spam or malware).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
Fair Use
1. The “Human-First” Rule MagicForward is designed for personal and professional use by humans. We don't believe in counting every single email, so we don't have a rigid “hard cap” that will suddenly kill your service during a busy week. However, to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, we monitor for “outlier” behavior.
2. What we consider “Fair Use” Our Standard Plan is optimized for up to 1,000 emails per month.
99% of our users never come close to this limit.
If you occasionally have a high-volume month (for example: you’re moving, planning a wedding, or launching a project), we won't cut you off. We’ll reach out if the high volume becomes a permanent trend.
3. What is NOT Fair Use (the “No Robots” rule) To protect our delivery reputation and server performance, the following activities are prohibited:
- Using MagicForward as a log aggregator for servers or automated systems.
- Forwarding high-volume marketing blasts or “cold outreach” campaigns.
- Using a single account to funnel mail for an entire organization or large team.
- Anything that exceeds 5,000 emails per month on a standard account.
4. What happens if I go over? If your volume consistently exceeds the Fair Use threshold, we won't delete your mail. Instead, we may:
- Send you a friendly notification.
- Offer to move you to a Power User or Business tier.
- As a last resort, temporarily pause syncing if your volume threatens the stability of the service for other users.
Credentials and access
You provide IMAP credentials so MagicForward can append messages into the folder you select. We use credentials only for that purpose. You can revoke access at any time by changing your IMAP password or deleting the mailbox configuration.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Fees
Fees may apply for some or all features. Current pricing (if any) is described on our Pricing page. If we introduce or change billing, we will provide notice before any changes take effect.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Email delivery can be affected by third parties (such as your email provider) and by your configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicForward will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms or may harm the service or other users. We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts (without prior notice) if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or activity that threatens the stability, security, or reputation of the service.
